NOT A CREATURE!
NOT A CREATURE!
Don’t look at us like creatures:
What drives you to cast a
contemptuous glance at us?
We are the suppliers of knowledge
to your children,
You might have got a similar from
the elderly masters,
Both the immediate past and present
legacies are least bothered,
Dehumanizing The educators and
commercializing the contents go shoulder-to-shoulder,
Being abused foolishly for
producing a learning culture,
Getting reduced into a worm for
having imparted a generational structure!
Shut up! We aren’t a creature!
Certainly, we cannot be an entity,
Don’t want to be treated in that
passion,
But the collective dignity of us is
at stake,
Because of being expected to be
fake,
In our name, the paper fillers have
the power to make,
Those caterpillars are tuned to disrupt
and break,
To which they are potentially keep awake!
My god! We mustn’t be approached as
creatures!
Being dictated not to disobey the
transitory designations,
Have been instructed to abide by
the profitable loopholes,
Even a genuine refusal is turned
into punishable offence,
The act of questioning is being perceived
as irritable menace,
The caste mentality is secretively
entertained to have fraction,
Not allowed to reveal the institutional
coalition,
Advised to embrace quietness over the
perpetrated distillation!
Nonsense! We don’t want to be a
creature!
Allow us to act upon the values of
the pages,
To be a guide, we are hurdled to
cross humiliating stages,
Bothe the compound and the class
walls do appear to be boiling cages,
Our mastery is monitored by the
monsters in terms of wages,
Place of teaching is dissociated
from being respectively religious,
As the periphery is getting
academically centered to be erudite,
Therefore, indigestibly the fountainheads of learning are systematically jeopardized!
