THE RECKLESS LEADERS!

 

Ranks do not choose or want them:

But they desperately need a chair or a seat,

Either by usurping or coercing or purchasing,

Through silencing or extorting or strongarming,

They upsurge and get affixed like a leach!

 

Methods would be devised to grab the thrown:

In the process the virtuous integrity gets blown,

Deploy venomous techniques to dismiss qualitative tone,

Operate handpicked devotees to entirely own,

Perpetuate animosity to sustain the ill-gotten crown!

 

To patch-up the erroneous escalation:

They get encircled by the bloodsuckers,

Who are Tuned and trained in narcissistic brutality

Possess unsurpassable inflexibility and cruelty,

Soaked in vicious vendetta and animality!

 

The alliance propelled to sustain the position:

Has been rooted in generating enmity,

Depended excessively upon entertaining gullibility,

Rely purely upon honesty seductive sentimentality,

Functions smoothly in producing unsociability!

 

Even the power in their hands appear tired:

With that they get sincerity and hope for a ride,

Their orders make the peace and conscience irrevocably dried

Between them and the governed exists a tarnishing void,

But such ruthless nepotists are excessively admired!

 

Caught inside the egoistic prison:

Let the subordinates anxieties  go unlisten,

Vehemently disinterested about the institutional vision,

Deliberate blenders or mistakes do not teach them lessons,

Gamble upon the impoverished to relish concentrated reputation!

 

Believe to have wedded eternally to the leadership:

Faile miserably to discover undependable black sheep,

Go utterly regardless in accentuating kinship,

Allow much nearer those who shamelessly worship,

Take no worry in spreading intolerable hardship!

 

The pig-headed attitude gets planted:

To protect and thrive upon favouritism,

To deceive and swindle radical liberalism,

To smother and hammer genuine individualism,

To paralyse and stagnate collective altruism!
