BARRIERS TO TOUCH!

 

I didn't touch them:

Should say my hands and feet,

Were not chased away,

But, with so many obstacles piled up,

Could not near them!

 

Before starting I was told:

Don't come here,

The reason must be my eyes,

Because, they refuse to see,

Looks like they have found it out!

 

Questioned why I am not wanted:

Answered, don’t disturb yourself.

In a pleasing voice,

Said I might suffer,

Another bitter response!

 

Just let my hands go:

To have a touching wing,

But in the name of kindness,

Caught by the long arms,

Before spreading, the wing was crushed!

 

I Might get injured:

so be it,

Having been obstructed,

My Blood boils inside,

Why not that gush through a wound!

 

Is the earth only for you?

build out a thousand barriers to beautify,

And fences in the name of growth,

To meet and make merry,

Shamelessly invent multiple hindrance!

 

Need an application to remove restrictions?

And that too in your language,

Yet another obstacle you see!

If I am conditioned by the constrains,

By the bold walk I must break them!
