TALK TO ME IN BINDI!
TALK TO ME IN BINDI!
I have an unheard language:
Yet to be sociably
dialogued
Still vibrant even
though being soliloquized
More sweet, tender
to be unhindered.
Hush! Mine is not
for an imposition!
Purely liberated
from north and south contention,
Articulating my soul
has been the intention,
As precious and
intimate as yours,
As sensitive and
evocative as you contain,
As subtle and gentle
as you retain!
Her Bindi his Hindi are centred:
The first is poised
at the eyes culmination,
The latter gets
lifted amongst hoisted glorification!
But Mine has been
humble to sound simple,
Untouched by fiscal
recession to have commercial attention,
Uncared within the
collected spectrum to attract public syndromes,
Unabsorbed within
occupations to get dignified equations,
Distanced from the
mammoth rituals to experience an alienating duels,
Kept away from the
attire of politics for an oppressive attacks,
Pushed into the
incapability hole to have a deterministic fall!
Failed to look into
my heart to befriend:
All had been given
to make me repent.
Utter shame to play
the blame game,
By which I am ill
named to be misaimed.
Verbally don’t fire
as I am tired,
Don’t hide me from
an equal life ride.
Your fitness theory
awards me unasked worries,
Let me free as we
get the air from the neutral tree,
I am not to be
bothered when you take me as your brother,
Forget the notion of
sin as it came from the superstitious historical men!
Your pre-conclusive eyes and judgemental years:
Refuse to embrace my
nerves,
Hesitate to accept
my intellectual trades,
Appear reluctant to
admit the startling abled layers!
Amplifier your
darkness to quantify my brightness,
Showcase your
fitness to dilute my steadiness.
Carry a mechanical
adoration to gift away multiple rejection,
Transmit a shallow
embrace to contain me within your tightest pace.
Lend your politeness to understand before you brand my
strains,
Direct your brain to
intertwine me as a qualitative gain!
Dr. U. Mahendran!
